Lezama Schneider is Principal at redalpine, where he focuses on growth equity investments from Series B to pre-IPO, with a particular emphasis on software and fintech. He partners with teams scaling proven business models toward durable growth. Prior to redalpine, he invested in late-stage private companies and public/short equities at a crossover hedge fund and previously worked in TMT private equity at Providence Equity Partners and in investment banking at J.P. Morgan. He holds a degree in General Management from EBS University of Business and Law and was a Scholar of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes).
