Using granular asset and flow intelligence plus Broadridge’s Fund Buyer Focus program, which annually interviews over a thousand fund selectors globally, he has a unique data-driven insight into the evolving needs of wealth intermediary clients – and what that means for the asset managers serving them. Areas of specialism include 3rd party wealth selection criteria, competitive benchmarking on client experience and brand, and product innovation trends and unmet needs. Prior to joining Broadridge, Liam was with BlackRock where he worked with the Retail, iShares and Digital Wealth distribution teams delivering innovations to funds distribution in Europe through data-driven sales strategy and sales technologies.

Senior ETF Strategist SPDR ETF Strategy & Research, State Street Investment Management
Ryan is a Vice President at State Street Global Advisors and a Senior ETF Strategist on the SPDR ETF Strategy & Research team for EMEA. His primary areas of focus are in Smart Beta, ESG and US-domiciled SPDR ETFs. His responsibilities include developing a strategy framework for the existing SPDR ETF range to align with financial market developments and longer-term economic outlooks. This is delivered through research on ETFs, as well as market notes supporting the distribution of ETFs across EMEA.
Ryan joined State Street in July 2008, after graduating from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics. He passed the CFA Certificate in ESG Investing in 2021.

Eamonn is Global Head of ETF Product with CACEIS. He has 25 years experience within the financial services industry, most of which has been working with ETF Issuers. He previously held the position of Head of European ETF Product with Brown Brothers Harriman and prior to this worked with BNY, HSBC and CITI. Eamonn is a member of the EFAMA ETF Working Group and holds an M.Sc. in IT and Business.

Valentin Druon is a Senior Index Solutions Specialist at ICE Data Indices, where he partners with clients across EMEA to navigate and apply ICE’s index offerings within the broader index ecosystem. Working closely with asset managers, ETF providers, banks, and market data teams, he helps deepen client engagement and supports the development and adoption of innovative index solutions.
With nearly a decade of experience in investment and index product design, Valentin brings a unique combination of technical expertise and client facing skills. Prior to joining ICE, he spent six years in FI Product Development at Solactive AG in Frankfurt, creating more than 40+ indices and refining rules based strategies across credit, rates, and sustainable finance themes, including world ESG and carbon optimized indices for ETFs and pension funds. Earlier in his career at AXA Investment Managers in Paris and Frankfurt, he co managed €45B in sovereign and covered bonds for AXA Group’s insurance portfolios, covering SSA, covered bonds, corporates, CDS, and LDI oriented processes, while integrating ESG principles and executing long duration strategies.
Valentin holds a Master’s in Asset Management (222) from Université Paris Dauphine – PSL.
