Stefan Wagner is the host of the Nalu Finance Podcast and a finance professional with over 30 years of experience across banking, asset management, and fintech.
He began his career in 1994 as a derivatives structurer, building and leading the European exotic options trading desk at a leading global bank. He later ran one of the world’s most active equity options teams and headed the bank’s EMEA structured products business, developing investment products with over USD 50 billion placed with institutional and high-net-worth clients.
Before joining vestr, Stefan founded and managed a derivatives and value-arbitrage investment fund, and later led the global Delta One and AMC business at a top-tier Swiss structured products issuer.
Today, he is an early-stage fintech investor and Head of Business Development at vestr, connecting investors, institutions, and innovators through Nalu Finance and the vestr Securitization Podcast, focused on practical insights and the future of investment management.

Alberto Turra is a Managing Director at Leonteq Securities and has held the role of AMC Product Owner since 2024. He leads the global development of Actively Managed Certificates, overseeing cross-functional teams while driving client acquisition and strategic partnerships. Previously, he was Head of Sales in London, where he built and led regional sales teams across the UK, Europe, and Africa, delivering strong and sustained revenue growth. Earlier in his career, he held derivatives sales roles at BNP Paribas and structuring positions at Société Générale. Alberto holds a Master’s degree in Management Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and a Master’s in Management from ESCP Europe.

Philippe A. Naegeli is an experienced business leader and active investor with an over 30-year
career in investment and merchant banking, management and corporate governance. In 2007
Philippe founded PAN Asset Management, where he established and led an international
network of financial institutions and investment funds. In 2014 he was appointed CEO,
Managing Partner and Vice President of the Board of Forstmann & Co. USA, and in 2018 cofounded
GenTwo, a globally operating, Swiss-based B2B fintech company with the mission to
expand the investment universe by making all assets investible. Today, Philippe serves as CEO
of GenTwo and Member of the Board at GenTwo, GenTwo Digital, and SAS Security Agent
Services AG.

Erwin Naescher ist für den Verkauf von strukturierten Produkten verantwortlich und koordiniert ein Verkaufsteam in Lausanne und Zürich. Er begann seine berufliche Laufbahn bei Leonteq Securities in Zürich. 2017 wechselte er zur BCV in Lausanne, und 2019 eröffnete er den Desk für Strukturierte Produkte in Zürich. Er hat einen Master of Science in Finance der Universität Neuenburg und spricht fliessend Deutsch, Französisch und Englisch.

Silvan Räber, CFA, ist seit September 2018 als Sales für Strukturierte Produkte bei der Luzerner Kantonalbank in Zürich tätig. Neben der Mitverantwortung für den Internen Vertrieb betreut er Vermögensverwalter, Banken sowie Family Offices und fungiert als Ansprechpartner für massgeschneiderte Anlagelösungen. Er hat aktiv beim Aufbau und der Weiterentwicklung des Produktangebots mitgewirkt.
