André Dragosch has been working for more than 12 years in the German financial industry, mostly in portfolio management and investment research. He also holds a PhD in financial history from the University of Southampton, UK. He has been a private crypto asset investor since 2014 and has been gaining institutional crypto asset experience since 2018.

Pavel is a senior financial services and digital assets professional specializing in the institutionalisation of blockchain technology and the structuring of regulated financial products providing institutional exposure to the crypto asset class.
He was part of the digital assets team at several global institutional leading single-source financial solutions providers, where he was responsible for the strategic development of the firm’s digital assets capabilities. Based in Zurich, Pavel focused on tokenization, structured products backed by digital assets, and tokenized securities, contributing to the firm’s positioning as a key bridge between institutional capital and digital assets.
Prior to this role, Pavel spent eight years at TMF Group as Head of Capital Markets Practice, where he was closely involved in the first wave of digital asset-backed ETP issuers, as well as DAO and DeFi-related structures for institutional and professional investors.
Earlier in his career, Pavel was a member of the senior management team of a Liechtenstein-based trust and banking group with over USD 23 billion in assets under trust, advising on corporate restructurings, capital markets transactions, asset acquisitions and divestitures, capital raising, and project and asset financings.
Pavel began his career as a tax attorney in international law firms and within the Big Four Financial Services tax practice in Geneva and Zurich.
