Young-Sim Song has been editor and reporter at the news agency AWP Finanznachrichten since 2014. She manages the editorial team on a rotating basis, which provides information to institutional professionals, active traders, and retail investors, and is also responsible for Keystone-SDA's business reporting. As an editor, she focuses primarily on UBS and the Swiss financial center, the watch and luxury goods industry, and the energy sector. Young-Sim is president of the Club der Zürcher Wirtschaftsjournalisten (CZW) and regularly moderates events and panel discussions. The economist (degree in business administration from TU Dortmund, ESC Amiens in France) has worked as a journalist since 2008 and previously wrote for Dow Jones, AP, FTD, and DER SPIEGEL, among others.

Colin Croft joined Jupiter in August 2006 after completing an Executive MBA from London Business School.
Since then he has accumulated approximately 19 years of experience investing across Global Emerging Markets, focusing solely on India in more recent years.

Nilang Mehta is the Head of Asia Dividend and India Offshore Equity at HSBC Asset Management, based in Singapore, and has been working in the financial industry since 1996. Nilang oversees the offshore India, Asia High Dividend/Income, and ASEAN equity strategies. He also plays a key role in integrating ESG into research, portfolio management and contributes actively to Sustainable Investment Polices.
Nilang joined HSBC Asset Management in Mumbai in 2004 as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager and Credit Analyst and then he subsequently moved to Portfolio Management role in the Equity Team in 2006. He has worked in India, Singapore, and Hong Kong over the years.
Prior to joining HSBC, Nilang worked at Alliance Capital Asset Management and IDBI Principal Asset Management in India. Nilang holds a master’s degree in Commerce from the University of Mumbai.
Nilang is a Chartered Accountant, a CFA charterholder and holds certificate in ESG Investing from CFA Institute. He has also completed programme on Sustainable Finance from University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership.
