Sabine Keller-Busse is President UBS Switzerland and President Personal & Corporate Banking and is a member of UBS’s Group Executive Board. Since joining UBS in 2010, she has served as Group Chief Operating Officer, President Europe, Middle East and Africa, Group Head of Human Resources and Chief Operating Officer UBS Switzerland. Prior to joining UBS, Sabine Keller-Busse led Credit Suisse’s Private Clients Region Zurich division and worked at McKinsey & Company.
Ms. Keller-Busse chairs the foundation boards of the UBS Pension Fund and the UBS Optimus Foundation and is also active on several other foundation boards, including the UBS Center for Economics in Society, the HSG Foundation, the Deep Tech Nation Switzerland Foundation, and the USZ Foundation.

Monika Bütler ist selbständige Ökonomin, Mathematikerin, und Honorarprofessorin der HSG. Sie ist Mitglied verschiedener Verwaltungsräte (Schindler Holding AG, Huber & Suhner AG, SwissLife AG, AC Immune SA) sowie Vizepräsidentin der Gebert Rüf Innovationsstiftung. Bis 2021 war Monika Bütler als ordentliche Professorin und Direktorin des von ihr mitgegründeten Schweizerischen Instituts für Empirische Wirtschaftsforschung an der Universität St. Gallen tätig. Für ihre Arbeiten in Wissenschaft und Wissensvermittlung wurde sie mehrfach ausgezeichnet, so zum Beispiel mit dem Ehrendoktorat der Universität Luzern.
