However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is impossible or would involve disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding this, the user has the right to be informed about these recipients.

Additionally, under Art. 21 GDPR, users and affected persons have the right to object to future processing of their data, if the data is processed by the provider under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. In particular, an objection to data processing for direct marketing purposes is permissible​

Your data processed during the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of storage no longer applies, provided that there are no legal retention obligations preventing deletion, and unless otherwise stated for individual processing procedures below.

For technical reasons, particularly to ensure a secure and stable internet presence, data is transmitted by your internet browser to us or to our web hosting provider. With these so-called server log files, the following data is collected: the type and version of your internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you accessed our site (referrer URL), the website(s) on our internet presence that you visit, the date and time of the respective access, as well as the IP address of the internet connection from which you access our internet presence.

These data are temporarily stored, but not in combination with other data about you.

You have the opportunity to purchase a ticket for the FINANZ fair via our website. For this, we require the following information:

In certain cases, the information you provide may be shared with third-party providers to support the organization and management of our event.

By using our services, you consent to your personal data being shared with selected third parties (such as the FINANZ app). This transfer is solely for the purpose of event organization, and third-party providers are contractually obligated to handle the data confidentially and securely. The collected data may include: name, contact details, interests, and other information relevant to the event. We confirm that this data will only be used for the execution and improvement of our services and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

We take appropriate measures to ensure that data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the use of your data in third-party apps at any time. Please note that revoking your consent may result in certain services no longer being available.

Wir speichern personenbezogene Daten nur so lange, wie es erforderlich ist, um die oben genannten Trackingdienste sowie die weiteren Bearbeitungen im Rahmen unseres berechtigten Interesses zu verwenden. Vertragsdaten werden von uns länger aufbewahrt, da dies durch gesetzliche Aufbewahrungspflichten vorgeschrieben ist. Aufbewahrungspflichten, die uns zur Aufbewahrung von Daten verpflichten, ergeben sich aus Vorschriften über die Rechnungslegung und aus dem Steuerrecht.
