Innovating in times of change

The fact that our world is in a state of constant change is nothing new. The Greek philosopher Heraclitus described this phenomenon with the phrase ‘Panta rhei’ – everything flows. However, this constant flow is sometimes interrupted by rapids that accelerate the speed of the current and require skilful, forward-looking navigation. By looking boldly to the future, new opportunities can be identified and seized at an early stage.

As the organiser of Switzerland's largest financial event for professional investors, this is firmly anchored in our DNA. The changing needs and interests of our stakeholders spur us on to continuously rethink and further develop our event concept.
With FINANZ26, we are placing a targeted focus on immersing ourselves in groundbreaking trends in the financial world and communicating specialist topics that have already played an important role to date, leaving the trade fair format behind us. Once again this year, renowned speakers from the worlds of business, science and technology will share their expertise and views with you at the round tables. Under the motto ‘Disruption drives innovation’, they will discuss topics such as China, the New World Order, Switzerland as a financial centre and government debt. Expert panels, at which sponsors provide detailed insights into asset classes, market analyses and investment opportunities, will play an even more important role in the new concept. The tried-and-tested Open Forum will once again bring future-oriented investment trends and forms to the stage. And there will still be plenty of room for exchange and networking with the sponsors.
In view of the repositioning of the financial event, our team has also been reorganised. As part of the long-term succession plan, Julian Malgiaritta, who was previously responsible for exhibitor organisation, has taken over the management of the event organiser JHM Finanzmesse AG. He and his team are supported by the previous managing director Bernhard Zosso, FINANZ co-founder Rolf Maurer and, newly, André Buck.
We now wish you an exciting journey of discovery through FINANZ26. We would be delighted if you would share your impressions of the new event concept with us. They are the ‘raw material’ for the further development of this successful format.
