The official registration deadline for sponsors is November 30, 2025. Registrations after this date are still possible, but with an express surcharge of 20%. For registrations made after the official deadline, the availability of the booked services cannot be guaranteed.

Can I participate in the FINANCE program without a sponsor wall or stand?

Participation in the program is only possible as part of a sponsorship package. A sponsor wall is always included in the packages and ensures your visible presence at the event, regardless of whether staff are present on site. Your staff can be deployed flexibly: by the hour, half-day, on one of the two event days or on both days.

The following standard packages are available for participation in FINANZ: • Sponsor Wall: CHF 4,375.– • Sponsorship wall & participation in expert panel: CHF 5,500.– • Sponsor Wall & own department: CHF 5,800.– • Startup Sponsor Wall: CHF 1,990.– For sponsors with increased space and visibility requirements, we also offer the following packages: • Advanced sponsorship: CHF 14,900.– • Premium sponsorship: CHF 27,900.– All prices are exclusive of VAT and mandatory liability insurance. All packages include, among other things, a limited number of tickets for employees and customers, a social media profile as a FINANZ sponsor, and other benefits.
