Grignon Dumoulin

Senior Expert Digital Assets, CACEIS Bank Luxembourg

Hubert Grignon Dumoulin is a senior capital markets regulatory expert who has been part of the CACEIS Digital Assets business line since its inception two years ago.

He has gained extensive experience and competence in financial services regulation through roles at the AMF in France, the European Commission, at DG Fisma capital markets unit in Brussels, the Luxembourg Stock Exchange as Managing Director for Listing and Trading, IG Group in London, RBC Investor Services Bank and InvesTRe/Moniflo investment firm in Luxembourg.

Since the end of 2020, Hubert has been working full-time on digital assets projects for regulated entities, notably as project lead and one of Moniflo’s founding members. He also joined CACEIS Bank, Luxembourg Branch, to support the creation and development of its digital assets business line.

Against his background, Hubert led the application process for CACEIS Bank’s authorization as a CASP under the MiCA Regulation. He also contributes to the setup of operational frameworks and the implementation of regulatory compliance for digital assets custody and the tokenization of financial instruments.

Head of Banking Solutions, Bank Frick AG

Raphael Haldner ist Head of Banking Solutions bei Bank Frick. Zuvor leitete er während mehr als elf Jahren die Bereiche Fund & Capital Markets sowie Funds & Products. Sein Schwerpunkt liegt auf Banking-, Blockchain- und Capital Markets Services mit Bezug zu Digital Assets und Tokenisierung. Er ist Executive Board Member der Multichain Asset Managers Association und war als Dozent u. a. an der Universität Liechtenstein und der Fund Academy in den Bereichen Blockchain, FinTech und Finanzmärkte tätig. Seine Laufbahn begann er bei der Raiffeisen Gruppe, weitere Stationen waren Banque Pasche und Swissfirst Bank.

Daniel Maier is the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Chartered Investment Germany GmbH. With over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, he specializes in developing access products that enable institutional investors to tap into new asset classes. His focus is on transforming complex investment ideas into practical solutions and bridging the gap between traditional and digital financial markets. Early on, Daniel recognized the potential of blockchain technology and became a pioneer in the tokenization of bonds and other financial instruments.
Before founding Chartered Investment in 2013, Daniel held key positions at renowned financial institutions, including WestLB and HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt. He earned his degree in Business Administration from the University of Passau.
As a member of several boards, Daniel leads strategic initiatives and oversees innovative projects in the field of alternative investments. His expertise spans both public and private market assets, with a keen insight into the successful structuring and implementation of new financial solutions.
