Head of Business Development
Reto Germann, Head of Business Development, is a member of the Kepler Unigestion Executive Committee.
Reto joined Unigestion in 2012 as Head of Institutional Clients Germany/Austria, taking on responsibility for the DACH region in 2017, and EMEA in 2018. He was appointed to his Head of Business Development and member of Unigestion Executive Committee in 2022, before transferring to Kepler Unigestion following the partnership between Unigestion and Kepler Cheuvreux in 2025. Prior to joining Unigestion Reto worked as Head of Fund Linked Products & Alpha Sales at Credit Suisse International from 2009 to 2011. He previously worked for Barclays Capital as Head of Fund Linked & Institutional Equity Derivatives Sales from 2005. He spent 12 years at UBS, latterly as Head of Latin American Equity Risk Management Sales. Reto holds a degree in Economics from the University of Zürich, Switzerland.

Popadic
Quantitative Portfolio Manager
Dario Popadic joined Kepler Unigestion as a Quantitative Portfolio Manager in December 2025. Dario began his career in 2013 at UBS and then completed the graduate talent programme in their Chief Investment Office in Zurich. In 2016, he joined Investec Asset Management in London as Quantitative Analyst in their Macro Research team and then later transferred internally to the 4Factor Equities team. From 2021 to 2025, he worked as a Senior Quantitative Researcher at a London-based long-short equity hedge fund Perbak Capital. Dario holds a MSc Finance from Imperial College London and a BSc in Industrial Engineering from Zurich University of Applied Sciences. He is also a CFA charter holder.
