He is overseeing the development and management of Sygnum’s CEO Office and co-leads ₿itcoin@Sygnum, a strategic, company-wide initiative to strengthen partnerships in the Bitcoin ecosystem, contribute new Bitcoin-related research and thought leadership, and advance new Bitcoin-based products and technology integrations.
Prior to Sygnum, Pascal worked for more than six years at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in Zurich and Dubai, where he advised clients across the financial services industry on strategic matters.
He holds a Masters in Strategy and International Management from University of St. Gallen (HSG) in Switzerland.

David Forcucci is a Sales Manager at Crypto Finance | Deutsche Börse Group. In his role, he drives client expansion across Switzerland and Europe by enabling financial institutions to integrate regulated digital asset trading and custody solutions. Prior to joining Crypto Finance, he worked at Swissquote as a Trade & Client Relations Manager, specializing in cross asset trade execution with a focus on serving the bank’s crypto client base. Alongside his studies, he interned at G 20, a cross asset trading firm active in the crypto market, gaining hands on experience in operations, OTC trading, and market making. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration from The Hague University of Applied Sciences, along with a SIX Trader License and CCFE.

Sandro Knöpfel is the Global Business Development Lead at the Cardano Foundation, where he builds cross-sector partnerships to accelerate the adoption of decentralized technologies across enterprise, institutional, and regulatory landscapes. With more than two decades of experience in financial services and market infrastructure, he now focuses on how digital assets and blockchain can responsibly extend beyond experimentation into live, regulated financial services that integrate with existing banking and governance systems.
Sandro plays a leading role in strategic initiatives across blockchain-enabled capital markets infrastructure, as well as digital identity, tokenization, and sustainability, contributing to scalable solutions that bridge traditional finance with Web3.
