René Nicolodi ist derzeit Leiter der Abteilung Equities & Themes und stellvertretender Leiter des Asset Managements bei Swisscanto Invest by Zürcher Kantonalbank. In den letzten mehr als 20 Jahren hielt er verschiedene Positionen bei der Zürcher Kantonalbank und anderen Finanzinstituten inne. René Nicolodi ist Mitglied der ESG-Kommission der European Federation of Financial Analysts Societies (EFFAS) und war Vizepräsident des Vorstands von Swiss Sustainable Finance. Darüber hinaus ist er Dozent für Asset Management und Sustainable Finance an verschiedenen Universitäten. René Nicolodi promovierte im Bereich „Nachhaltiges Engagement von Pensionsfonds“ an der Universität Zürich und ist seit 2009 Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA). Im Jahr 2022 schloss er einen Master of Arts in Digital Management an der Hyper Island/Teesside University ab.

Rafael Hubatschek is Partner and Head of Investor Relations at redalpine, a leading European venture capital firm specializing in software and science investments. He leads capital formation and investor relations activities, managing relationships with institutional and private wealth investors and overseeing fundraising across redalpine’s multi-stage platform. Before joining redalpine, Rafael worked at Credit Suisse, advising ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients across the DACH region. He holds MSc degrees in International Business from the University of Vienna and Finance & Wealth Management from the University of Luxembourg and also studied at the London School of Economics and Copenhagen Business School.

Alexander brings 12 years of experience in alternative investments and the Swiss financial sector to his role.

Czerwinski
Executive Director, BlackRock Private Equity Partners
Mr. Filip Czerwinski is a Executive Director on the BlackRock Private Equity Partners (“PEP”) team within BlackRock Private Financing Solutions (“PFS”). Mr. Czerwinski is responsible for investment analysis, execution, and monitoring of private equity co-investment opportunities and partnerships across sectors and strategies across the EMEA region. He has 10 years of private equity and related experience.
Mr. Czerwinski currently serves on the advisory boards of certain funds managed by Oakley Capital, ProA Capital, Invision, and Afinum. Additionally, he is also an observer to the Board of Directors of iLERNA. Filip also represents BlackRock in SECA’s Private Equity Chapter, the leading industry association for Switzerland’s private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance sectors.
Prior to joining BlackRock Private Equity Partners in 2016, Mr. Czerwinski gained investment banking and industry experience.
Mr. Czerwinski earned a MSc in Finance & Investments from Erasmus University - Rotterdam School of Management, Netherlands, in 2015. He also holds a BBA degree in European Management from Lancaster University Management School, U.K., and a BSc degree in Management from Comillas Pontifical University, Spain.
