Thomas Breitenmoser hat an der Höheren Wirtschafts- und Verwaltungsschule Zürich Betriebsökonomie studiert und die Ausbildung mit einem Executive MBA in Asset und Wealth Management ergänzt. Er ist CFA und CAIA charterholder und weist über mehr als 30 Jahre Branchen- und langjährige Führungserfahrung auf, u.a. bei Swisscanto/ZKB, JPMorgan Asset Management, Merill Lynch Investment Managers und der Credit Suisse.

Mit seinem Team unterstützt er institutionelle Kunden in Fragen zur Anlagestrategie, der Manager Selektion sowie die Überwachung der Umsetzung. Er veröffentlicht periodisch Artikel zu aktuellen Anlagethemen und engagiert sich als Fachreferent und an Podiumsdiskussionen für verschiedenste Anlagethemen.

Henrik
Haeuszler

SD, Client Portfolio Manager, Invesco Real Estate, Invesco

Henrik Haeuszler is a Senior Director of Client Portfolio Management at Invesco Real Estate (IRE). Henrik is responsible for business development for the IRE funds, mainly in Europe.

Henrik began his investment career in 2004 and joined IRE in October 2017. Prior to joining IRE, Henrik worked among others for UBS AG in Geneva and Morgan Stanley AG in Frankfurt as a fund and portfolio manager.

Henrik earned a master’s degree for business management and a master’s degree for architecture – both from the Technical University of Munich and is also a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He is based in the Munich office.

Dr. Roger
Guerra

PhD, Senior Strategist und Investment Manager, International Indirect Real Estate, BCV

Roger Guerra joined the indirect real-estate team in 2023 as a real-estate portfolio manager. Before coming to BCV, he was the head of fund research and senior portfolio manager at Edmond de Rothschild. His responsibilities included selecting funds and managing multi-manager portfolios focused on US equities and listed real estate for both private and institutional clients; he also served on the investment committee of Rothschild’s pension fund. He has experience in selecting hedge funds and managing funds of funds. Roger earned a master’s degree in finance and a PhD in economics from the University of Geneva, where he has also taught in the MBA program. He holds a certificate in ESG investing from the CFA Institute.

Bruno is the Founding Partner and Executive President of Ginkgo, a private equity platform dedicated to sustainable urban regeneration in Europe created in 2009 in partnership with the Edmond de Rothschild Group.
With more than EUR 800 million in capital commitments from first rate institutional investors, Ginkgo is at the forefront of European impact investing in the real asset sector.
Prior to founding Ginkgo, Bruno has worked 15 years in the fields of management consulting, financial risk advisory and project finance in Geneva (Compagnie Benjamin de Rothschild), Brussels (PricewaterhouseCoopers) and New-York (Bureau Van Dijk).
Bruno holds a Master’s in Business Engineering from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management with a specialization in Finance, a Master of Financial Economics from the Leuven School of Business and Economics and a Certificate in Financial Engineering from the Haas Business School, University of California Berkeley.
Bruno is a lecturer in impact investing in the Master’s programme at the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (ULB).

Nicki M.
Weber

Head Real Assets Investment Specialists for EMEA, Latam, APAC Intl & DACH, UBS

Nicki Weber is Head of Real Assets Investment Specialists ‒ EMEA, LATAM & DACH within Unified Global Alternatives (UGA) which is part of UBS Asset Management (UBS-AM). In this role, he is responsible for strengthening and developing the UGA Real Assets business’s position in regards to institutional, third-party wholesale and private wealth clients. He also regularly represents UBS in Investment Committees and decision-making bodies for these types of clients.
Prior to his current role, Nicki was Head of Market Specialists – EMEA within Real Estate & Private Markets (REPM).
From 2012 onwards he was responsible for establishing and maintaining a global real estate program offering private wealth clients specialized direct and indirect real estate mandates, club deals and fund opportunities. In this role, Nicki primarily advised Family Offices and UHNW clients on their global real estate investments.
Prior to this, Nicki worked in different functions on the portfolio management and structuring side and for direct and indirect real estate. From mid-2007 onwards, he was responsible for Product Development and Management of the Europe-based real estate securities funds.
Before joining UBS, Nicki worked at American Heritage.
